Are you a production company looking to set up a Kickstart placement?

Our team can help you manage the required wraparound employability support and help find the right candidate:

  • We can interview and recruit the right candidate for the role.
  • We can support your application to the DWP
  • Offer employability and pastoral support to the candidate throughout the 6 months’ placement
  • Post placement career support, where the young person would become part of our alumni talent pool and we would continue to support them with employment opportunities within the industry.
