We exist because talented young people from underrepresented backgrounds face systemic barriers to entering the media and creative industries, resulting in a lack of diversity and missed potential.
We train and support underrepresented young people through intensive media production programmes and career support to help them secure long-term, sustainable employment.
We envision a diverse and inclusive media industry where all young people—regardless of background—have equal access to opportunity and career success.
