MAMA Youth offers a series of training programmes throughout the year. Our ethos is to create training programmes that equip young people with the skills to become work ready and gain employment within the broadcast and media industries. A unique aspect of our training model is that it puts participants into a 'real-time' work situation during which they have to work in a team to produce quality content. We trust young people with full responsibility within a disciplined work environment, whilst giving them professional and personal development support. All our training programmes are followed by work placements and support to accessing the media and broadcasting industries.
